TEXAS CITY — Dogs scampered around newly installed agility equipment at the Texas City Dog Park on Monday while their owners waited nearby. It’s a scene Laurine Murtagh has been waiting years to see. The nearly 41,000-square-foot park, 1500 29th St. N., had a soft opening last week.
